Vietnam Building Materials opens new plant in Dong Nai province14 June 2016, Published under Cement NewsVietnam Building Materials (VCM) has officially opened a cement factory for its StarCemt brand in the Bien Hoa Industrial Zone, Dong Nai province. The company's cement products are currently distributed to more than 900 customers through shops and distributors from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau.
